Reproductive Health Association of south Sudan-(RHASS) is registered under the laws of South Sudan managed by highly qualified and experienced partners and technical Managers who gained extensive experience while working with different HEALTH INSTITUTIONS, . Our competence and integrity and our professional approach to work can therefore be compared to that of any large professional organizations. RHASS is indigenous non –for-profit organizations established by dedicated volunteer citizens of South Sudan. RHASS supports the national effort to improve the reproductive health situation in South Sudan. Most of the founding members are medical doctors or senior social worker connected with the former Juba branch of the Sudan family planning association (SFA) BEFORE the session of South Sudan as an independent country. The SFA branch association was closed in 2005 and for six years the movement remained dormant. Through the active initiation of international Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), the former volunteers came together once again and established a new organizations, Reproduction Health Association of South Sudan (RHASS), in December 2011.
